Board of Directors
Chad Collins is SPS Commerce’s Chief Executive Officer and a member of our board of directors since October 2023.
Chad was previously the Global Chief Executive Officer of Körber Supply Chain Software, where he set the strategy that shaped the direction of the business and empowered customer success.
Chad has spent over 20 years in supply chain technology, building market-leading businesses and pushing what’s possible in supply chain solutions to enable customer innovation. He began his journey in the industry as a supply chain consultant for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Before becoming a part of Körber, he was the President and CEO of HighJump, a global supply chain software company which was acquired by Körber in 2017.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Marquette University and a MBA in Supply Chain Management and Marketing from the University of Minnesota.
Fumbi Chima has served as a director since February 2026. Ms. Chima currently serves on the board of Willis Towers Watson plc, where she is the Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee. Ms. Chima’s executive experience includes EVP and Chief Information Officer of the Boeing Employees Credit Union, the Chief Information Officer of adidas AG, the Chief Information Officer of Disney Networks Group (UK) Ltd., the Chief Information Officer of Burberry Group plc, various roles including the Chief Information Officer – Asia Region for Walmart, Inc. and VP of Corporate Systems at American Express Co. Ms. Chima’s prior board experience also includes Whitbread plc, The Azek Co., Inc., Grove Collaborative Holdings, Inc., Ted Baker Holdings Ltd., and Africa Prudential plc.
Razat Gaurav has served as a director since March 2025. Mr. Gaurav currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Kinaxis Inc., a supply chain management company and provider of an AI-supported supply chain platform. Mr. Gaurav has over 25 years of experience in the enterprise software space. Prior to joining Kinaxis in 2026, Mr. Gaurav served as the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Planview, Inc. from 2021 to 2026, an enterprise software company that provides portfolio management and digital product development solutions. From 2018 to 2021, Mr. Gaurav served as the CEO and as a member of the board of directors of LLamasoft, Inc., an AI-based supply chain design and planning solutions provider that was acquired by Coupa in 2020. From 2010 to 2017, Mr. Gaurav held leadership positions at Blue Yonder, a supply chain management software provider, including Chief Revenue Officer from 2015 to 2017. Mr. Gaurav also held leadership positions from 1999 to 2010 at i2 Technologies, a supply chain management software provider, and was a management consultant with Ernst & Young from 1997 to 1999. Mr. Gaurav graduated with a Bachelor of Science in engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
Michael McConnell has served as a director since February 2026. Mr. McConnell currently serves on the boards of Beonic Ltd., OneSpan, Inc., PowerFleet and QuickFee Ltd. He previously served as a member of the SPS Board of Directors from 2018-19. Mr. McConnell’s prior board experience includes serving on the boards of Guidance Software, Inc., Redflex Holdings Ltd., Spark Networks SE, and Vonage Holdings Corp. He has also served on numerous other public and private company boards in the United States, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. He is the former Managing Director of Shamrock Capital Advisors, a private investment company managing private and public equity funds and began his career as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch and Kidder Peabody.
Mark Partin has served as a director since August 2025. Mr. Partin served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of BlackLine, Inc., a publicly traded cloud-based financial automation software provider, from 2015 until he retired in March 2025. Mr. Partin has more than 25 years of experience in finance and executive leadership roles. Mr. Partin also serves as a board member of CircleCi, a software development platform, and Meaningful Partners, an investment company. Prior to Blackline, Mr. Partin served as Chief Financial Officer for Fiberlink Communications Corporation (now MaaS360, an IBM Company), an enterprise mobility management company, from 2005-2015. Mr. Partin also served as Chief Financial Officer for American Health Imaging, a healthcare imaging services provider, from 2003-2005; HealthHeadhunter.net (now CareerBuilder.com), an online recruitment services company, from 1999-2001; Contour Medical, Inc. (acquired by Sun Healthcare Group, Inc.), healthcare company, from 1997-1999; and Controller of Williams Group International from 1995-1997. Mr. Partin began his finance career as a CPA and auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1991-1995.
